The Mitongwe Agroforestry Training Program is designed to train and support lead farmers, field extension workers, and NGO trainers in the agriculture sector. Once trained, they can develop their agroforestry systems in their respective regions and countries with continued support. The training will equip the trained with the necessary knowledge and skills to develop AGF systems with increased biodiversity, trees and watershed management and inspire and motivate farmers in their respective areas to join in the movement of holistic Sustainable Development.
